Deb McNeilly

Principal, art director

Deb began her career at a small multimedia firm where she was in charge of all graphic design responsibilities from concept development to implementation of multilingual web sites. After gaining a comprehensive base of knowledge, she moved to Hill Holliday where she worked on the John Hancock account. To combine her multimedia and print experience, she joined GoFish Design as a senior level designer working with such wide-ranging clients as General Motors, The Boston Design Center and The Boston Conservatory.

Deb founded DBG Design in April of 2001 and has partnered with clients in Portsmouth, Boston and New York City such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, Locke-Ober Restaurant, Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, and Partners In Health. Her work has been Published in Designing for the Greater Good by Peleg Top and Jonathan Cleveland.

Ryan is a graphic designer with over 10 years of experience helping businesses with a variety of marketing and design needs. Working with companies ranging from fortune 500 to local small businesses, Ryan is adept at solving marketing challenges and meeting tight deadlines. With a focus on branding and web design, Ryan has helped a variety of businesses find their visual voice and reach more customers.
